Time commitment
The coursework takes about 1 hour to complete (sometimes less), the weekly Q&As are 1 hour and the optional accountability groups meet for 1 hour each week. The course lasts for 10 weeks.

Matt and his wife started investing in real estate with a $30,000 loan in 2005. They are now co-founders of the DeRosa Group, a real estate investing company, where Matt serves as the CEO. Matt is a regular contributor and podcast guest for BiggerPockets, has an active YouTube channel dedicated to educating investors, and is the author of the Amazon bestseller, Raising Private Capital, How to Build your Real Estate Empire with Other People's Money.
Justin is an apartment syndicator, investor, and asset manager at the DeRosa Group. Justin manages DeRosa apartment complexes including coordinating property managers, CAPEX investments, staff, and more. He is the host of True Multifamily, an apartment investing podcast, and was recently featured in USA Today as a Top 10 Real Estate Expert of 2022.
